Geordie Williams
Meet Geordie our Director and Buyer's Agent. He and Alex have personally built from scratch, a property portfolio worth over 8 million, which includes 17 properties across NSW, VIC and QLD. Geordie has a degree in Property and Construction Management, and a commercial management background in the Property and Construction industry.
Alex Williams
Meet Alex our Co Director and Client Relationship Manager. Alex is a property investor, has a degree in Engineering and Surveying, and a background in Land and Property Surveying, and Town Planning.

Property Investment Strategy Sessions
We start with a strategy session to run through the fundamentals to build a property portfolio, the pros and cons of different types of properties and where to locate, the 18-year land cycle and how you can capitalise on historical sales data, the acquisition process, ownership structuring, property management, and adding value. A strategy will be established based on your financial position, skills, and risk profile. The session also provides you an opportunity to ask Geordie questions and discuss how he built his property portfolio.
Buyer’s Agent Service
We then provide buyer's agent services, where we source investment grade property, provide property data, act as your agent to negotiate the purchase, coordinate pre-purchase building inspections, provide you guidance through the property acquisition process and the establishment of your property management team.
